Autoclaved aerated concrete block (ACB) is a lightweight block made of siliceous silt, industrial waste residue and other materials, which are mixed and milled to meet the fineness and specific gravity required by the process, supplemented by lime and cement as calcareous materials, water-based aluminum paste or dry aluminum powder as foaming agent, polymer surfactant as foam stabilizer, and poured into shape, static stop pre-curing, cutting and grouping, and autoclaved curing. Because its pores are dense, uniform and independent, its thermal insulation performance is better. Because of the high content of silica in its raw material, the stability of the hydration products generated by the reaction determines that the strength index is relatively high and the drying shrinkage value is relatively small, which is the best choice of wall materials.
