Rotary kilns for cement, the important equipment used in dry process and wet process production lines, feature good calcination quality and high product quality, and have broad applications in the cement production industry. The driving unit is designed as a large torque driving device integrated with alow-speed start function. Specially made sealing material which is resistant to abrasion, high temperature , and ingress of air and dust is used at the feeding and discharge ends of the rotary kiln. The girth gear can be designed as SEW sectional type structure and made of ADI material, and the gear girth driving unit characterized by top precision, low noise and high efficiency is used. With years’ experience, we can design and manufacture rotary kilns of different diameters ranging from Ø2m ~ Ø6.2m.
