在经济全球化背景下，全球产业链供应链合作日益深化。2023年9月，在第26次东盟与中日韩（10+3）领导人会议上中方倡议举办10+3产业链供应链对接大会，建设更加稳定、畅通、基于比较优势的产业链供应链体系。为促进10+3区域产业链供应链畅通融合，助力区域产业和企业携手成链、共同发展，中国商务部、中国贸促会和广西壮族自治区人民政府将于2024年9月25—26日在广西南宁举办东盟与中日韩（10+3）产业链供应链对接大会（以下简称大会），主题为“携手10+3，合作链未来”。

大会将举办全体会议，邀请10+3区域的政府官员、国际组织代表、工商界领袖、企业家、金融机构代表，围绕10+3跨境产业链、供应链、金融及数字化赋能等热点议题展开交流探讨，凝聚10+3区域合作共识，深化产业链供应链国际合作。同时，大会设商务洽谈、产业园区考察等活动，为有意开拓国际贸易和投资合作的企业搭建面对面接洽的平台。

Against the backdrop of economic globalization, cooperation in global industrial and supply chains has steadily deepened. At the 26th ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Leaders' Meeting held in September 2023, China proposed hosting a ASEAN Plus Three Industrial Chain & Supply Chain Partnering Conference to build a more stable, smooth, and comparative advantage-based industrial and supply chain system. To promote smooth and integration of industrial chain and supply chain among ASEAN, China, Japan, and the ROK(the APT region), and to facilitate cooperation among regional industries and companies to form interconnected chains and achieve mutual development, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), and the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region will jointly organize the ASEAN Plus Three Industrial Chain & Supply Chain Partnering Conference (hereinafter referred to as the Conference) in Nanning, Guangxi, on September 25-26, 2024. The theme of the Conference is ASEAN Plus Three Work together for a Shared Future.

The Conference will hold a Plenary Meeting, inviting government officials, representatives of international organizations, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and representatives of financial institutions from the APT region for discussion on topics such as cross-border industrial chain, supply chain, financial and digital empowerment, aiming to build a consensus on cooperation within the APT region and deepen international collaboration in industrial and supply chains. Additionally, business matchmaking, industrial park visits, and other activities will be arranged during the Conference to facilitate face-to-face interaction for enterprises which might be interested in expanding international trade and investment. The conference will set up an On-site Business Matching area, where companies from ASEAN, China, Japan, and the ROK will be organized to conduct face-to-face partnering based on prior online meetings. The targeted industry involving advanced manufacturing; digital technology; medicine, medical treatment&health; agriculture&food; clean energy.

III. Field-visits to industrial parks and enterprise matchmaking activities

September 25- 26, 2024

Enterprises from ASEAN, China, Japan, and the ROK will be organized to visit the China-ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Zone, participate in project roadshows, and engage in enterprise matchmaking activities.
